LLP "NIC "FORS" has extensive experience in building integrated security systems at various facilities. Engineers use a wide range of security system equipment from leading manufacturers in the global industry in their projects. The company's specialists regularly undergo training, participate in specialized exhibitions and seminars, and hold certificates and diplomas from specialized educational programs.

We design the following security systems:

- Fire alarm systems
- Security alarm systems
- Gas, powder, and aerosol fire extinguishing systems
- Public address and evacuation systems (PA/EVAC)
- Access control and management systems
- Video surveillance systems (security and technological)
- Perimeter security systems
- Comprehensive security systems

The design of security systems includes the following stages:

1. Pre-project survey

The pre-project survey is a set of activities carried out to inspect the facility, assess its specifics and condition, as well as the necessary material, human, and technical resources for project work.

2. Development of technical specifications (TS)

The technical specifications are the initial stage of work and are compiled for all types of project work necessary to create a new project.

The customer's requirements form the basis of the technical specifications (TS) and are a document that precedes the start of designing any security systems. The initial information used includes data obtained during the pre-project survey. The timelines for designing security systems and the selection of necessary equipment described in the TS depend on a well-prepared and comprehensive Technical Specification.

3. Project development (stage "P")

At the project development stage of security systems, the main principles of the system's operation, as well as solutions to specific tasks and customer wishes, are worked out. The project consists of textual and graphical materials that define the spatial, structural, and technical solutions for construction or reconstruction.

4. Development of working documentation (stage "WD")

At this stage, working documentation (WD) is developed, which is used during the construction phase. It is at this stage that the resource intensity, volume of construction and installation work, and the quantity of necessary equipment and materials are determined, ultimately allowing for the determination of the overall project budget.
WD is developed after the project is approved. The working documentation ensures the detailed attachment of all system components to the facility. WD includes drawings, connection and wiring tables, equipment and wiring layout plans, and other documents.

5. Cost estimation

Cost estimation is the final stage of designing security systems and determines the total cost of equipment, construction, installation, and commissioning work.
