The perimeter security system "Punktir-S" is based on addressable piezoelectric sensors-detectors mounted on fence elements and recording their mechanical vibrations. "Punktir-S" can be equipped with sensors-detectors of various designs: a sensor-detector for open installation and a sensor-detector in a metal holder with springs, for hidden installation inside the hollow structures of fence supports.
In addition to sensors-detectors, input/output modules can be connected to the communication line, providing, if necessary, control of the second line detectors by means of the "Punktir-S" VSO.
The analysis algorithm involves comparing in real time the signal levels of the sensors-detectors with the threshold specified during setup, comparing the signal level with the signals from four other neighboring sensors-detectors. Since rain, hail, wind, and vibrations from heavy road and rail transport affect extended sections of the fence in the same way, group analysis of signals from sensors and detectors allows us to identify such impacts and prevent false alarms.
The system architecture provides for its construction according to the "ring" scheme, which guarantees full operability in the event of a single break in the sensor line. The ability to connect central processors via an Ethernet network under the control of the upper-level system ensures full or partial preservation of operability even in the event of multiple breaks.

Localization of attempts to overcome the fence with an accuracy of the sensor-detector
Accurate localization of the intrusion site allows us to increase the information content of security video surveillance, the reliability of alarm verification and ensure appropriate automatic reactions of security lighting and other systems; increases the speed of response and the correctness of decisions taken by physical security and service personnel.
A single system for all types of fencing
Individual settings for each sensor-detector allow you to create a security system for facilities equipped with fences of various designs: mesh, welded, forged, concrete/brick fences (breakable), corrugated sheets, chain-link mesh, etc. The presence of hidden sensors makes it possible to use VSO at facilities where it is necessary to preserve the architectural and artistic appearance and/or eliminate visual detection of the presence of an alarm.
Minimum of false alarms
The processing algorithm based on comparing signals from neighboring sensors allows minimizing the number of false alarms caused by environmental influences, such as: rain, gusts of wind, hail, lightning discharges.
Hardware integration with IP cameras
When an intrusion is detected by the sensors of the Punktir-S system, the external PTZ IP camera is automatically aimed at the alarm sector to identify the source of the alarm
High noise immunity and survivability of the system when exposed to:
- mechanical interference (vibrations of the fence from passing vehicles, climatic factors - wind, rain, hail) - is ensured by a special algorithm for group processing of signals from sensors-detectors;
- electromagnetic interference - due to the use of noise-resistant coding when exchanging information over the line sensors;
- damage (accidental or intentional) to the sensor-detector line - due to the ability to work in a ring topology and the presence of short-circuit isolators in the line.
Ease of installation and reduced installation and commissioning costs:
equipping up to 3000 meters of fencing with a single connection point of the communication line, the ability to supply an assembled and configured line of addressable sensor-detectors by the manufacturer with a specified distance between the sensors.
