Elsys-MB-SM-2A-TP - network ACS controller for controlling one or two "Door" type access points. Two readers, two relay outputs, up to 4096 cards in memory, RS-485 connection, in a metal case with a built-in power source.
Elsys-MB-SM-2A-TP controller functionality
- Management of one door with entry and exit control or control of two doors with entry control only and exit by pressing a button;
- work with permanent passes;
- work both under the control of the Bastion-Elsys APCS driver and in autonomous mode - if the connection with the ACS server is lost, all the main functions are retained;
- programming mode without connecting a computer using a master card;
- global control of the passage sequence (antipassback), which retains its full functionality in the absence of communication with the computer;
- storage in non-volatile memory of card codes, card authorities, access levels, time intervals, holidays with a special access mode, control parameters for barriers and actuators;
- registration and accumulation of events (indicating the date and time of the event) in non-volatile memory;
- power supply of external devices, including two electromagnetic locks, total load 12V, 1A.
Readers and identifiers
The Elsys-MB-SM-2A-TP network ACS controller can be used with readers of any identifiers (access cards, key fobs, HID, Em-Marin, Mifare keys, biometric identifiers) that support at least one communication interface between the identifier reader and the controller from the list:
- Touch Memory (iButton);
- Wiegand-26;
- Wiegand-33;
- Wiegand-34;
- Wiegand-37;
- Wiegand-40;
- Wiegand-42;
- Wiegand-44.
Access algorithms supported by the Elsys-MB-SM controller
- Access by card;
- Access by PIN code;
- Access by card and PIN code.
Communication capabilities of the Elsys-MB-SM controller
The Elsys-MB-SM-2A-TP controller can be connected to the Elsys ACS server in one of the following ways:
- Connection via a two-wire RS-485 interface with an information exchange rate from 4800 to 115200 bit/s;
- Connection via a two-wire RS-485 interface to a communication network controller.
